Orders ship within 3–5 business days from our South Florida studio. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. Shipping times may vary during holidays or new product launches.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each candle is hand-poured in small batches, we do not accept returns once an item has been used. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. Your satisfaction matters — we want every Forte experience to be exceptional.
